This listing is for a rarely seen pair of Acoustic Research Classic Model 5 bookshelf speakers. These are from the early 1990s. They have a 5 inch woofer an 1 inch soft dome tweeter. If you put a quality amplifier in front of these, they are capable of producing an incomprehensible amount of bass response. These speakers have a fantastic sound. Please note, if you do not use biwire speaker wires, you will need to put a jumper between the low and high terminals (this can be accomplished with 4 short pieces of speaker wire i you need).
