From the seller
This traditional wedding vase was made by Mary Ann Hampton (1930- 2019). This was built by hand of local Acoma clay. The outer surfaces of the vessel were coated with a white mineral based paint & polished before they were decorated with stylized paired birds using both beeweed based paint (black) & a red mineral based paint.
