A Quadruple Silver Plate Bride's Basket, from Pairpoint, circa 1884

This "Bride's Basket" was produced by Pairpoint in Massachusetts in about 1884. While overall Victorian in style, some elements appear to be Art Nouveau. It is marked Quadruple Plate, with an item number of 1233. The basket itself is about 10" in diameter, and when the bail is raised, it isabout 11" tall (the basket itself is about 5+" tall.) It weighs over 2 lbs. There are no major "dings" or scratches. Questions are welcomed. Combined shipping for multiple purchases is available.
