I am 76 and I played with this as a kid… sat in my toy box for years… I didn’t clean it up … look at the grim on the blue base … I left it so you could see it’s old and probably the oldest of all that are listed here … Halloween Noisemaker by US Toy Manufacturing Company… Never Been Broken. Owl, Bat, Witch,Jack-O-Lantern motif. Lithograph is very intact with minor scuffs. If you are a serious Halloween toy collector this is for you… take it to your house
