3 VTG Lanissa West German Shiny Brite Red Ball Ornaments DBGM Plastic Caps 1950s

Made by Lanissa (a Shiny Brite product) in West Germany when Max Eckhart (founder of Shiny Brite) was sent by the US government after WWII to help restore their ornament industry. West Germany DBGM plastic capped ornaments were made from 1949 through 1970. Three matte red metallic 2.25" wide Mercury glass ball ornaments hand painted with gold glitter stencils of a starburst, leaf stem, and 3 geometric patterns. Some oxidation, paint chips and crazing on two due to age and wear. Mostly in very good condition for being 67 to 76 years of age. No box. Have the same three patterned ornaments in shiny metallic red up for auction and glad to combine shipping in the USA only.
