From the sellerThese are 3 all brass fire sprinkler heads .they are unused, 2 are 1/2"C.S.B. heads and the chrome head is 3/4" ( it is marked 17/32 i have never heard that size). one is 1954 165 degree C.S.B. pendent head. one is a SSU upright 1966 C.S.B. spray head. The chrome head has a larger base and it is a pendent SSP.,looks like 1994 date The C.S.B. heads were made by the C.S.B. sprinkler Co. in Boston,Mass. They got a patent on Jan.29,1918. Their first head was model A made in 1921. The C.S.B. stood for Cleghorn,Sherburne,Buffum Sprinkler Co.. Around 1971 they became "Grunau Ssprinkler Co.
