From the seller
13" with handle up and 6" folded. Also a 6" base. Maker name: "PONY" is embossed with "17" on the opposite side. Must have been for Capping....see last two photos of the blunt ends of the steel cylinder that comes together. Buyer pays for Ground Advantage mailing and I cover on an immediate basis for damage or loss. Thanks for looking.
