From the sellerThis is a 2pc. lot of vintage liquid filled "floaty" mechanical pencils by Secretary Pen Co.. one pencil has an upper barrel has a floating automobile. Overall in very nice condition but the threads are loose. The other is distorted but intact and in nice condition with a spark plug in the matrix.
