From the sellerNew in box. Nonsmoking home. Ornament has never been removed from box, therefore, I am assuming the Magic Cord feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 11 year old ornament. It will need to be connected to a Hallmark Keepsake Magic Cord, which was sold separately. This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds.
