From the sellerFroom 2008, a Boyds Birthday Bear #903168 w/Balloons, 8" H, Moveable Legs/Arms. Light brown in color, Ribbons around neck tied in a bow in front, same colors as ribbons on balloons. Still has all tags attached. Cute little guy, hard to find his eyes. Never played with, nonsmoking home. Thanks for looking.
