From the sellerNew in box. Nonsmoking home. Ornament has never been removed from box, therefore, I am assuming the Music feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 19 year old ornament. Takes AAA batteries. Batteries are included with this ornament, but are old. Unfortunately, I have ran into instances where the Music feature has not worked even when new batteries are installed. This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
