Looks improperly annealed or Sintered with copper showing on front and a bit in the back. I did not try to clean it. It is obviously circulated but rare as nickels do not have copper cladding in the middle. I won't take it out of the sleeve in order to preserve it. I dont know its worth. If it ends up being worth a lot I'll change the shipping method.
