This is in as shown condition look at the photos carefully Google lens identified these as brass truck or car horns dating to 1915 to 1930s both are marked inside the bell and I cannot read it.... the horns are nonmagnetic and I do not see that they are brass they are painted over and I do not know Google says they are .....the round base is magnetic
