The pair of black Schwinn Stingray chopper pedals are plastic Schwinn Stingray chopper pedals. The 16 X 3" Schwinn Stingray chopper rear tube and the 16 X 3" XL Schwinn Manta ray front tube is in the box with very good information. They will be mailed with very good protection and they will have a tracking numbers.
