2 English Antique Snuff boxes. 1 Hinged Book Marbled , 1 Tortoiseshell interior

This is a UNIQUE lot of 2 English snuff boxes or trinket boxes. Both both have working hinges and open up fully. The larger one is in the style of a book with a nice spine and a pretty marbled tortoiseshell exterior. There is damage on the back of the book where the cover is coming apart. (See photo) The other is a plain box on the outside, but with a nice tortoiseshell Burl wood inside. Both are dated to the late 1800s in Victorian England.  These RARE pieces would be a great addition to any snuff box or trinket box collection. Items have been kept in a non-smoking home out of sunlight for over 35 years.
