19th Century Filipino silver keyring holder (llavero") using the popular "hands clutching the key ring" design with "Cupid" figure as additional adornment. Clipped to the housewife's waistband with the keys to house doors and the pantry dangling from its keyring, "llaveros" were traditionally a part of daily wear of Filipino housewives as proof they were the keeper of the house and queen of all its rooms. Measures 3 1/2 inches from top to Cupid's toes.
