Vertical Gutter Fold (Portrait): A severe white printing void runs vertically through Franklin's face. Partial Offset Transfer: Distinct "ghosting" of the green Treasury Seal on the reverse side. This wet ink transfer is a classic production error from the stacking of freshly printed sheets.
