It's a cut away scene when the two of them are trapped in the Savage Land, when Professor X can walk. This whole part has them fighting to escape the dinosaurs in the area, and mostly a T Rex. I'm showing pictures of the front and back of the celluloid because it shows the actual paint and how they make animation.
