The original version of the hit animated movie Nightmare Before Christmas came out in 1993. It was developed and produced by Tim Burton while he was at Disney but released through touchstone because Disney thought it would be too frightening for children. Once Disney saw that it was a commercial success they started releasing new versions and merchandising. This set is copyrighted 2004 by Disney Applause so it is at least that old. No box. The set includes the Mayor of Halloween Town and the mischievous trio of Lock Shock and Barrel who have masks that fold out to reveal their faces. They are various heights- see the pictures for details. Great little collection for any NBX enthusiast.
