Great card of Marcus Allen from Action Packed's 1990 NFL trading card series. Excellent colors and crisp edges. No rips, bends, or dings that I can see. "Near Mint" condition. Has the thick card stock and shiny, faux gold, finish that Action Packed cards were known for. See pictures for more details.
