Kelly green with Cunningham's number 12 screened on front, back, and shoulders in white-on-black, with his name screened on a plate in white lettering. Signed on the front "1" in blue marker, though signature has faded and is now faint. Shows light to moderate use, tagging on front tail with "90" year tag. The prototype running quarterback, Cunningham earned one of his four Pro Bowl selections in 1990, and was named MVP by the Pro Football Writers Association.
