From the seller1990/91 Miss America Deluxe Paper Doll - Uncut - Golden Publishing-#1693. The book has pages of color costumes and then some that are black and white to be colored. There is a spot on the front that is pinkish that something has stuck to the front - see pictures. That pink stain carries on throughout the book - see pictures. Also on the front inside page is a piece of tape where a tag was stuck. I did not try to remove that. On the back cover is the doll. Also on the back cover it says ISBN #0-307-01693-5. It says 1991, 1990 The Miss America Pageant. A Golden Book - Western Publishing Co. The second to the last page has a big Miss America with two roses to color.
