Extremely rare rules Memorandum letter from the 1989 Masters Tournament rules, signed by Augusta National Golf Club chairman at the time, Hord Hardin. The letter was sent to each contestant prior to the tournament starting. Super rare piece. Authenticated by Arnold’s caddy at the time Royce Nielson.
