You're are bidding on a 8.5" x 3.75" "tri" fold Sales Brochure for the May 17, 1970 Diamond State 250 NASCAR Grand American Series at Dover Downs International Speedway. This Series was created by Bill France Sr to allow Camaros, Cougars, Javelins, Darts, Challengers, Mustangs, Barracudas and Firebirds to compete. Buck Baker, Jim Paschal and Tiny Lund were a few stars of this Series. From my personal collection.
