Collectible porcelain figurine based on artwork by Norman Rockwell. One of twelve Norman Rockwell Figurines “Gramps at the Reins” “The Danbury Mint” Sept 1980 Handcrafted in Japan. The figurine depicts an elderly grandfather riding a rocking horse - a nostalgic family scene very much in Rockwells style. Paint colors and facial detail intact. No major chips. Good shape, no box.
