These are commemorative political decanters made by/for distribution by Regal China for the Jim Beam Distillery in 1968. They are dressed as clowns. There are two styrofoam hats that we’re with them. The red neck ruffle of the GOP Elephant has a scratch and the leg of the Democratic Donkey has like a glittery tape mark that extends from his hand to a red dot on his leg where the hat was taped or glued. Donkey also has a black dot on his shoulder. ( see photos). They are empty.
