I found this excellent early Francie doll at a thrift store in Barre, Vt. She was naked and with her friend, Casey. Her rear end says, "(c) 1966 Mattel, Inc. U.S. Patented, U.S. Pat Pending Made in Japan. Straight leg. Does not twist and turn. Some sticker residue from the label at the thrift store.
