From the sellerWhat is a Lavabo?. Water was poured out of the top reservoir to wash hands, and the basin below caught the runoff. The white glossy glaze has no "crazing" or tiny hairline crackles. 3 decorative pieces include the main water reservoir (cistern) featuring a spiral-fluted body, acanthus leaf molding at the base, an integrated brass spigot tap, and a matching top lid and bottom catch basin.
