This is truly gorgeous and impressive. I couldn't tell when I purchased it. I collect vintage clothing they are so well made. I wish I could tell you what it is made of. There is no indication. The makers tag states to have it cleaned by the fur method. Not dry cleaned or hand clean.It was hand tailored. Seems like its a waste of time if its faux . The collar feels real. The ourer coat I can't tell. It is beautifully made definitely cut by tailor. The Union tag dates to 1963. It is double breasted with 8 buttons. The collar is attached. Shouler to shoulder 17" collar to hem 38 inches wast 40" sleeves 22". It should be a size 10. I tried it on unsuccessfully I'm a large to XL or 14 womens. Thanku
