From the sellerThis is a copy of and escrow paper that was connected to my Great grandmother in 1947 in San Diego. I bet there are few, if any escrow copies around anymore,. I am a great grandmother, and am downsizing and want to see things like this go to someone who cares about our past. As you can see paper is worn on one side; also it is not folded properly (see picture) but overall nice condition for having survived for 79 years, Will be sent by regular mail to save on postage unless you specify you want tracking info.
