Date of Issue: August 1, 1946. Form Number: NAVPERS 15165 (Booklet #8). Branch: United States Navy (USN). The paper remains crisp, and the blue text ink is bright and perfectly legible. There is very minor handling wear along the edges and expected, light oxidation on the original binding staples.
