In the era around the 1938 World's fair of New York, many tokens were created with landmarks of New YOrk City and its environs. This is one of them. It's hard to discern which is the obverse, but I guess the Statue of Liberty might be correct. This is one of those that honors Railroaders, and holed for use as a keychain.
