Description

From the seller
In 1932 the United States Mint struck 4,463,000 Indian Head $10 Gold Coins at the Philadelphia facility, amidst the depths of the Great Depression. While very few denominations were struck at the U.S. Mint in 1932, the Indian Head $10 Gold Coin actually saw its highest-ever mintage during that year. Even though 1932 Indian Head $10 Gold Coins are considered quite common, especially as compared to other dates in the series, they are still relatively scarce. This marks the gold standard.
