Silver plate tablespoon made by R. Wallace & Sons for the Norwich State Hospital in Norwich, Connecticut, circa 1910s to 1940s. This tablespoon is marked at the end of the handle State of Connecticut with the letters NSH stamped crosswise above it, a bit crooked.
