From the sellerThis badge was offered when automobiles had only been in existence for less than 20 years and chauffeur licenses only began to be require in 1904. This is one of the very first! This is so rare there are no online reference photos are available but one from 1904, and you can see the resemblance. Also, since this badge is not dated, it is no later than 1909!
