This authentic piece of European religious history was manufactured in Vienna, Austria, by the renowned Argentor-Werke Rust & Hetzel metalworks. Dated 1903 directly on the front panel, this font was produced during the company's inaugural years at the height of the Viennese Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) movement. It is a beautiful cross-section of exceptional industrial metal craftsmanship and devout Catholic tradition.
