From the seller1890s A.B. Graham Seal of The Vnited States American Ephemera Artifact Wash D.C Please use photos as part of description and for condition and size. Internet research says Graham was commissioned in 1890 by the IS Dept of State to make high quality lithograph for display in American Consulates, and that original design was refined and engraved by Tiffany and Co. I'm not an expert about such matters, I'm only passing along what the I found online, not vouching for it. Sold as is. 726
