1886 H.A. ROOT LUMBER STEAMER BUILT SAUGATUCK MICHIGAN HUGE LOAD TWO RARE PHOTOS

This is the great, RARE, original set of two photographs. (See scans). They show the old Steamer H.A. Root, tied up at Saugatuck in 1886 with a huge load of lumber on the dock. This set is market fresh, newly acquired from a large local collection. They are identified, with a copy of the detailed history, old and original, and in fair condition with some staining, flaws, small folds/creases and minor other wear.
