Up for bid is a very old, large format, Voigtlander & Sohn #5 brass camera lense. It is from somewhere around the 1870s judging by the serial number. It is in good physical shape, the glass lenses look good. The brass bell around the outside edge has some bends to it. See the pics. It is marked " 5 No 26058 Voigtlander & Sohn Wein Braunschweig" It has a brass plate that slides in and out of the side of it. It comes with the lense board it is mounted on also.
