From the seller1866 Indiana Southern RW Bond Certificate, signed by Samuel Tilden as Trustee on reverse side. Samuel Tilden (1814-1886) was the 25th Governor of New York, and lost the 1876 Presidential election to Rutherford Hays despite winning the popular vote.
