The view, identified with text in the photograph as Full Moon from Negatives by L.M. Rutherford, Taken Sept. 15 and Nov. 12, 1864, Bierstadt Bros., Photographers, N. Bedford, Mass., shows a very full and round moon with all its marias and craters clearly visible.
