From the sellerThis is a classic early American silver half dollar featuring the Capped Bust design (also known as the Turban Head). It shows a draped bust of Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap with “LIBERTY” inscribed on the band, surrounded by 13 stars, and dated 1828 at the bottom. These coins were minted by the U.S. Mint between 1807 and 1839.
