From the sellerSigned and sealed by John Kellogg Sr., witnessed and signed by Samuel Whiting (1761-1832) and his father, Dr. William Whiting Jr. 1730-1792, (twice, once as justice of peace). He represented Berkshire County in the General Court and the Provincial Congress and was commissioned as a Justice of the Peace in 1775.
