From the sellerFolds, toning, nice red wax seal-- very good overall. He was born in 1677 in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. He was the son of Captain Thomas Hicks (a colonial militia captain) and Mary Albro. Through his mother, he was connected to the prominent Albro family of early Rhode Island.
