14K Yellow Gold Heart Shaped Lavender Jade Cabochon Bezel Band Ring Size 10

This is a beautiful vintage 14 karat gold heart shaped purple lavender jade bezel set ring. This piece is gorgeous, having minimal wear and no damage to the band or the stone. I am unsure of the karat weight of the stone, but it is at least 2 mm or so from top to bottom and is quite heavy also. This ring weighs 3.6 grams and is a size 10 which can be resized. There is a 14k 585 stamp inside the ring. The other side of the band is stamped with the letter S inside a bell shape, but I was unable to figure out the maker.
