These instruments are designed for use in dentistry, endodontics, and general surgery, particularly in pediatric and dental laboratory settings. The specialized probe tip and tongue tie feature of these instruments make them ideal for precise and detailed exploration of interproximal areas within the mouth 19 are in plastic sleeves and 12 are not but they are all the same. I have gone to a smaller tip in my work and have no need for these.
